changing,sorting and grouping.

The sections of the data access object function like an outline.the header for the primary grouping is at the top of the page.if you have two levels of grouping,the secondary grouping header appears next,followed by the third header for the detail.you can create a second level by promoting a filed from the courses section.select the filed you want to group by then either click the promote button on the toolbar or right click and choose promote from the shortcut menu.likewise,when you want to remove a grouping level,select a filed in a group header,and then either click the demote button or right click and choose demote from the shortcut menu.many of data access objects properties open the sorting and grouping dialog box,select the group you want to change and then,in the buttom pane,change the property value.
